Dewy has a strange obsession with feathers. He finds these when we go on our walks in the woods. I'm just not sure what he's going to bring back.🤔 Sometimes it's a feather sometimes it's a bone.🤷‍♂️ I just congratulate him give him a treat and say you're a different breed ain't you!🤭🐩😁.

What kind of strange stuff do you find on your outings? Share them below let's get a rolling thread going.

We don't always just find animal stuff either. We found a few MP3 players and sometimes even a hat.🤠

Sherbet doesn’t pick stuff up, but many nights after dinner we ask him if he wants to go on a deer hunt. He’s always down. He does this jittery little speedwalk when he’s on the trail. I don’t know what would happen if we let him loose but i whisked him away pretty quick after he jumped up a 4 foot wall to stare down this buck like it was a squirrel.

You wouldn't think a deer and a squirrel has much in common. They can sound just like each other in the woods but their size dramatically different. The Fearless Poodle they don't care how big the squirrel is🐩🦌🤭🙂. I guarantee they're thinking boy they sound just like a squirrel as well while moving through woods. Just look at that thing must have ate the whole acorn tree to get that big 🐩😅.

This is almost too ghastly to tell. Not my spoo, but previous dog, a black lab, came home from a wander with a partially decomposed hand (yikes). I called the police and she took them back to where she found it. I decided not to get close enough to see clearly. The police were mighty grateful. I never followed up to find out the rest of the story, just let the police do their thing. That was one amazing dog. She would also walk up to the bus stop everyday to pick up my boys about a mile away.
Yes to other things too, antlers, jaw bone from an elk, etc.
