Yes. I grew up with Toy Poodles. I love them.

 

Three come to mind in your general area. The number of quality breeders is much smaller than most folks imagine so a larger radius is often needed. The litters are naturally small as well so pups on the ground, unaccounted for, aren't very common.

Don't mind outdated online info - the poodles always come first.
