Hello Poodle Forum Community!
I am looking for a breeder who does genetic testing, hip and eye evaluations, and the other important tests.
The hard part is I would like my puddle to have a natural, undocked tail.
Since finding a breeder like this is difficult, I would love any recommendations for a poodle who would mature at 25 lbs or less. We would also consider a teenager or young adult.
If anybody could make a recommendation it would be valued and appreciated.
I am in Wisconsin, USA but would travel for the right breeder
