I never heard of anything like that , not in a dog world or any other animal in a Kingdom of Animalia

So sorry that we do not have any idea of how to help : (((. BUT, there must be the way *sigh...

Can you find a dog-trainer in your are and ask if he would know what to make out of that ???

OK- I did some reading on the net. There are MANY people asking question like that or the variation on the theme

Who would guess LOL - not a rare problem after all ! People have dogs peeing on their heads while they sleep and also dogs peeing like one pictured above.

Now - for the dog peeing on another dog the only solution mentioned over and over is to have both dogs or one leashed and control the behavior with correction. You are supposed to train them to "take turns" for the same spot or to do it on different spots and reward after that is done. Leash is used to pull second dog and let first one do his job fist.

Hope it helps :)
