As you may know, I've been working with Honey around dogs and people. And score! She been able to sit and shake a paw when they're near, including when kids are playing.

Still a bit shy with dogs wanting to sniff. So today there were three very nice dogs, explained to the owners, and we were just chilling. One apparently startled her and she accidentally got out of her harness (It was loose apparently)

Oops. She was trotting away, I got up off the bench I was sitting on, walked a few steps away from the dogs, and called her name to get her attention. She turned to look, and I calmly said, "Come!" And what do you know, Honey came right over!

The best part? It was busy with kids playing, the dogs still there, and Honey came!!! So proud of my girl.

And I did fix the harness lol.

Good job on all aspects of that. It is hard not to get crazy, but you kept a level head and it paid off.

That’s wonderful that she came with all those distractions.
