Yup, they miss going places.
Pia did well, four lashes removed in one eye and one lash in the other eye, her eyes are perfectly healthy according to the doc
So yippee now we wait for meds and then home and then it's off to work

Excellent news that her eyes are so well. Your weather looks like ours has been - particularly on vet visit days!

She much feels much better! Does she have a malformation that causes the lash to grow wrong, or was it just bad luck?

Years ago I had a cat with an eyelid that rolled in. Poor guy had a scratched infected cornea from the lashes rubbing his eye when I got him.

Pia has distichiasis, extra lashes that grow inward it's congenital, Pia's if left alone will end in corneal abrasions, I opted with the guidance of my Opthtmalogist to treat those lashes with medication that soften the lashes so they don't damage her eyes the medication also lubricates the eye. We go biannually for check ups.
I realize they are a variety of surgeries available but Pia would have to have way more than one surgery so I am not doing that when this works.
