I had to send some video to my instructor and thought you all might enjoy seeing a little video of Vinnie in action. It's going to be a while before he's ready to compete, but I am really happy with the progress we are making. He's a blast to train. Now... you must ignore my screaming white blubber legs!! I'm wearing my LL Bean clogs, so can't run

Loved it! Vinnie is sooooo cute! Lacey and I are just getting started in our agility and wow! what a blast!
It's our favorite dog sport by far!!
Neat looks like a lot of fun.
:)I can't wait for latte to get older so we can start agility. It looks like soooo much FUN.
Nice..Flyer goes to his first trial in 2 weeks...eeekkkkkkkkkksssssssssssss
Ohhh how I wish we had room for agility!! ): I've ALWAYS wanted to do that! I have no yard, and there's not even a place with agility practice or training anywhere near me. Boo!
Vinnie is rocking it though! He is SUCH an awesome little dog. I'm so in love with him!!
Oh that was an awesome video!!!
We have an awesome 6x Jumpers Championship event in 4 weeks, will be soo much fun :D
I have never seen contacts trained that way with the hoop!
Very nice :)
Thanks everyone - he is a blast to train - so different from my past agility dogs!!

Thanks. The hoop is there for "permission to run". If the hoop was not there, he would have to stop with two on two off. We train speed on contacts seperately from the two on two off position and then put the two things together. If you watch the video, you'll see him go backwards on the dogwalk and he does a 2o2o on the side without the hoop.

Oh! Very Cool :D
Love the video! Vinnie is going to be an agility demon.
Go Vinnie!

Did you buy your dogwalk and teeter, or did you make them? And I am soo jealous of your tunnel!!
Nice contacts. That's the first time I've actually seen the hoops being used. Awesome teeter contact. I wish I could get my BC that good on them.

Go Vinnie!!!

Thanks!!

I have been doing this for a long time (15+ years) and have accumulated things over time. The tunnel was a birthday present from my folks. The dogwalk (which is VERY old!) was made by a friend's husband and she sold it when he made her a regulation size (this one is only 18 feet). The teeter (which has three heights - yeah!!) was made by another friend that makes a lot of our agility equipment around here. The only thing I don't have is an AFrame (used to have one, but it died ).
