I am having Flip's paws, muzzle/eyes cleaned up and a sanitary clip.

Is that a normal thing to do between full grooming?

What can I expect cost wise?

The full groom was $50.00, if that helps.

Personally I charge $15 for a FFT tidy between grooms. And yes, it's quite normal!!! A lot of people can't afford to get their dogs groomed fully every month or so, but keeping the face feet & tail shaved every month is easy, cheaper, and keeps them much tidier and lets the groom last a bit longer.

yup! heh. Sorry, I'm used to using abbrviations for work, it's easier for me to jot down 'FFT' in the appointment book than anything else! I use it for all dogs, cos even if it's not a poodle I'll often do a tidy around the eyes, under the pads, and around the bum.
