Tiny toy poodle weight

My tiny toy poodle was 1lb at 10 weeks when we got her. At 5 months she is 2.7 lbs old and 8-1/2” tall.
She is a great eater but it looks like she stopped growing.
What age do they stop growing. I was hoping she would get to atleast 4lbs as she seems so delicate and worried she can easily get hurt.
How much weight did they gain from 5 months old to adult weight?

Ultimately, her height will determine what a healthy weight should be. Here's a growth chart to get an idea of where she is in her height for her age.

HEIGHT CHART FOR TOY POODLES

AGE IN WEEKS

HEIGHT IN INCHES

5 WEEKS

5 INCHES

8 WEEKS

6 INCHES

12 WEEKS

7 INCHES

16 WEEKS

Toy poodles are usually finished growing in height at 6-7 months although it may take them a bit longer to fill out.

There is another chart somewhere that projects both height and weight growth. I'll add it if I can find it, or someone else may beat me to it :).

This might be it

Toy poodle pups still fill out in weight until about 18 months to 2 years of age.
My little guy was 4 pounds at 5 months and at 3 yrs he weighs in at 6 1/2 pounds
