that poodles like to eat cat poop. Yes we had a little "issue" (actually it turned out to be a huge issue but long story) with some cat poop and my baby so into the tub we went and momma forgot the conditioner. So I coated him well with a leave-in before we dried him up and then put coat handler before I used the slicker. Had to use my hair dyer as I don't have my good dryer yet. I thought I had probably ruined his coat but he looks good and I don't see too much breakage but it is a puppy coat so it's bound to happen anyway. He looks like a stuffed fake dog in these and yes the coat is super super soft.

Kspoo he looks great.

I would not worry to much about ruining his coat just because you forgot conditioner and used your blow dryer. We use our blow dryer on Enzo as a pup and his coat is fine. Is it Humid where you live ? I learned that if you live in a dry state conditioner is a must and if you live in a humid state conditioner is a no no. ( for show grooming he is just a pup tho lol)

I live in south Texas right off of the Gulf of Mexico so yeah it's very humid here 90% of the time. The other time it's just humid. I wasn't told whether or not to use conditioner in his coat but I know my breeder had her show dog in oil at one point. I figured you use conditioner because of breakage and matting.

Oh, yeah! I know the look well! LOL My dogs love kitty cookies and horse cookies too! Not a nice treat but I have read that they actually get roughage out of it.

That is one adorable puppy!!
Well, the problem is that we use clumpable litter and I am worried to death that it will get stuck in his intestines. I also don't like the idea of kissing a nose that's been foraging in poop.
