I know at three months of age puppies loose their first set of teeth,
but can dogs shed teeth at any age and grow them back? Scooter is
5 months now and I noticed he lost a tooth this morning and I witnessed
it, he wasn't chewing or eating anything at the time, all of a sudden he
just spit out a tooth! Is this natural at this age? Sorry just a concerned
poodle mom.:p:)

Maddie will be 3 months Oct. 15 and will start shedding her teeth as well
I presume.

When pups are teething they tend to lose all the front top and bottom teeth first. This can go till they are around 4 1/2 mths. The ones he is losing now are the back ones, they take a little longer to lose. I wouldnt worry about it. The main thing is they are coming out so it saved an op to get them pulled :D
Just keep giving plenty of bones so each tooth loosens easily.
