Welcome! Can you tell us rather more - what size poodle do you have? How long have you had her? How much exercise does she get? Is she crate trained? Do you have safe chews for her?

At 12 months she should be through teething, so chewing could be boredom, stress busting, or simply a bad habit. The first step would usually be to give her something safe to chew - choice depends on the size of the dog, but some ideas would be filled and frozen Kongs or yak milk chews. Then prevent her from chewing your stuff - this is where crate training comes in, along with moving everything possible out of her reach, and treating things that can't be moved with something like bitter apple spray. But advice really depends on your circumstances.
