I'd recommend Chris Christensen's Spectrum One shampoo and conditioner. I use this on my doodle, it always leaves his fur feeling great after a bath and it doesn't leave an overwhelming scent either.

If you're wanting to enhance your poodle's fur color, there's also a product called Red on Red by the same brand. I've never used it, so I'm not sure how well it would work on your dog.

There are many good shampoos out there. For coat health I would recommend using a leave in conditioner to keep the coat hydrated. Personally I use iGroom charcoal + keratin shampoo and then also the keratin leave in conditioner. But good brands include Chris Christensen, Nature's Specialties, iGroom, K9 Competition, Hydra, Minksheen, Isle of Dogs, and many others.

If your concern is to keep the color from fading, that's genetic, built in to most poodle colors, and can't be stopped.

There are many excellent shampoos as Raindrops said, and there are some products, similar to human color enhancing conditioners, as Ren. said that might add a hint of tint.
