Our poodle scoots, knaws at her rear end, endlessly. We've had her checked for allergies & flees. We've changed diet, added fiber, with no improovement. 6 months ago as a last resort we had her anal sacks removed surgicly ( by laser ). Still no change. We've been to various vet's and carefully followed all instructions. Any other ideas ??? Please help !!!!
Thanks for any advice you may have.

I could be out of habit. When we first moved to Oklahoma and my Cocker mix Clover had her very first flea she would itch like mad and rub on anything she could find. We have live here for 5 years and she is flea free but will still rub on the fence and on any wire crate even the end of my bed. I just correct her and give her something to play with/distract her.

Have you tried a cortisone shot just to see if it will help?

hmmm... why did they remove her anal sacs? The sacs should be cleaned every time they are groomed.. about every 6 weeks. Either the groomer can do it or the vet. This is very common, but I have never heard of them removing them unless they are severely infected.
It's possible there is nerve damage or she is itching a surgical scar.
