Saffy had a bath

I had some spare time, and tomorrow is Christmas in the Bark, soooo....
I thought I would give Saff a bath, and use our special new whitening shampoo.
All the other Spoos had a bath this week, so I thought it would only be fair for Saff to look as good.

I couldn't give her a f/f/t as my new clippers don't arrive until monday/tuesday, so she'll have to go hairy for a couple of days

The whitening shampoo did work to a degree, it did lighten the cream that has recently sprung up, but did not get rid of it altogether.

Jak you're a big show off. Saffy looks gorgeous.

Thanks,
and not to wreck her leg hair, I put on her leggings, as it is quite wet outside, and the grass is long

You'd be amazed at how wet the leggings were, and her legs weren't!

Oooooooohhhhh She's so pretty all fluffed up and clean! :) And those leggings sure are a fashion statement! All the other spoos are going to be jealous! :)
So sweet so pretty.
Oh she looks adorable! I can't wait until you start grooming her and posting pictures.

Lol, I might be too embarrassed
Look this is how it goes. If I have to post my pictures you do too. I don't know what the heck I'm doing either and I'm just learning but it's fun for the rest of us to see how we are all doing so there!;P

Hi Jak - it's a year since I've seen Saffy - she is looking great.

Mia needs a bath but she's got a puppy smell. Have you noticed that puppies can go longer between bathes because they really don't carry an odor the way the adult dogs do? Mine don't get into mud and we don't have snow so they stay clean or they'd get bathes weekly. Harry had gone about 3 weeks in between his bath and honestly he didn't smell bad at all but it's because he's an inside dog.

I could usually go quite a distance between Saffy's baths. She didn't smell, but she looked kind of Shaggy. I would still brush her out, but she was an inside dog, but she still went to Agility Training and ran around our property as always.
Now I try and give her a bath at least every 7-10 days
