Unfortunately it happens waay too often.
I work for FedEx and when I used to be a courier onroad, I would see all kinds of things, I also got to know the local PD and ACO. I was not shy to call the ACO whenever I saw something suspicious. Too many people turn a blind eye to it, they don't want to get involved
This is the first I've heard of it. This seems to happen often, not just in Canada but all over North America.
When people realize that buying pups from a pet shop supports this sort of cruelty we can put a stop to puppymills like this. I don't suppose that will ever happen though...so many people buy puppies on impulse and don't bother doing their homework. But I'm preaching to the converted here, aren't I?
I cannot understand what it is exactly that people think of dogs that do this? I know it's money - but the cruel circumstances...... OK be in it for money (WRONG REASONS) but why the abuse? UGH::wacko:
