Please let me know if this isn't allowed/if this is the wrong place to post this! Unfortunately I don't have a dog of my own to share with y'all.

Would anyone mind posting pics of their smiling, happy poodle? I think a dumb hang-up I have in my dog breed dilemma is that poodles seem so serious and... regal in all their pics, instead of relaxed, sunny, goofy, and smiley. Can y'all help turn my brain around?

I started it for the exact reason you started this one! Poodles are so often portrayed as elegant....which they very much are. They are also some of the funniest, goofiest dogs you'll ever meet.

OMG that 2nd photo reminds me of a funny story I heard from a friend. She had dachshunds in her house, and her dad told her when she was little that having their ears turned inside out made the dogs happy. So she would spend hours following the dogs around, flipping over their ears. She just wanted so bad for them to be happy, and her parents got some peace from both the dogs and the kid xD
