number of pictures per post ?

Can this be fixed ? I think its like 4 max

I would like to be able to post more pictures at once instead of posting again in the same thread more than twice.

the system counts the smiley faces as a picture also so if you put

and try to add 4 pictures it will say you are over the limit

Oh yes you are right it does count the smilies.

weirdly enough though, it doesn't count attachments as pictures. I have noticed a bunch of people post pics this way instead of img links from places like photobuckets. I just reccently figured out how to do this and have been posting pics this way ever since and you can post more than four pics.

I avoid doing attachments because it takes freaking for ever for them to upload if they are originals from my computer ! So this is why I use Zenfolio or photobucket its just easier and I do not need to wait for the uploads. I think there is even a size limit for the uploads. Links are just easier

I also don't like the attachments, as I like to tell a story with my pics, and/or comment on each one as I post it, rather than say "the first one is..... and the second one is....." etc.

Yeah that is another reason i do not like attachments ! I can't comment or added notes to what I am posting.

Hehe, I agree that it takes waaayy to long to upload the attachments from my computer but as I can't sit still for very long it's ok. I also don't have trouble placing an attached picture anywhere in my post that I like. All you do is copy and past that one attachment and place it wherever it tells your story best. On the pics I posted of Jazz turning pink I wrote notes under or next to each attachment, you just do it. It doesn't affect the picture at all, at least it hasn't so far for me.

That's the way I usually like to post my pics too and for the same reason. There are times when you can tell a great story with the captions you add to the pictures.
