Hello! I just put my deposit on a beautiful multi colored toy poodle. We will be bringing her home the beginning of October. I work from home so I will be able to give her all living she can handle. My husband and I have 4 daughters 18,16,15,13. We are all so excited to have our 1st indoor dog.

I'm so happy for you! Welcome!

I also get to stay home with our puppy, and my husband works from a home office. It's a blessing.

We'll occasionally run errands without Peggy to get her comfortable with our absence. And I crate her sometimes, too, even when we're both home, so she doesn't associate confinement solely with separation. So far so good...but she's only 4 months. I suspect there'll be bumps in the road ?
