I'm growing Saff's tail out at the mo too.
She has a docked one, and I want it to be super ultra fluffy, so when she sits and wags it, it looks like a duster across the floor.
And then once it is super fluffy, I will miami clip her for the summer (dec), so she has super fluffy tail and head, then fluffy bracelets, and about 2 cm all over.

I reckon you should get Suki to have bracelets, cos they would look so cute with the colours.

That is an unusual coloring and very interesting. My Taffy's tail was ratty looking for months and then suddenly bulked up. She is 7 1/2 months old now.

It's super special to hear another poodle owner with such deep devotion to their companion. Suki is gorgeous and very unique coloring. The best is seeing "that look" in her eyes that shows she is completely devoted to you too!
