I just found this forum tonight have been looking fore some time for a poodle forum.
Well a little about me
My name is Þórdís but by people who don't speak Icelandic I am called Disa and I live in Iceland.
I have 3 Standard Poodles.

Curonian Spit Backroad Adventure "Charly" German import
Black 6 month old female
Huffish Put The Blame On Me "Vaka" Swedish import
Apricot 2 year old female
Bifrastar Lucky Star "Díma"

Her tail is not docked and no it is not allowed.
But I do agree with you it looks odd in this picture.
She will go to her first show in end of February as a puppy, I will keep you posted.
