I got so annoyed of having that ugly bag on Atticus' cast, I set out on a mission to find something that is water resistant and doesnt tear easily. The outcome, a balloonn! lol. It works so well. We went on a little walk down the street to my cousins and it didnt tear like a bag usually did. It works great, I'm proud of my discovery 
lol. Oh and I rewraped his cast in lime green, he was very colorful and bright walking down the street.
