Here are some pictures of my daughter's standard poodle. Chalumeau (we call her Meau, which sounds like Mo) was born on September 23, 2008 so she's just over a year old now.
My daughter, Katy, got her from a "breeder" about 2 1/2 hours from us and, since we've done more research now, we know the "breeder" was the epitome of the byb... She seemed genuine enough when we talked with her and even when we drove up to her place to meet her and see the puppies when they were 4 weeks old, but we've learned alot of things about her after Katy got Meau and none of them good... In spite of the faults of the "breeder", Meau is a very sweet, very smart young lady!! Knowing Meau is what caused my hubby and me to start looking for one of our own! I've posted some pictures of our new addition (Lucy) in the welcome forum, but I wanted to add some pics of Meau... Some are cell phone pictures, so the quality isn't great - but it will give you an idea... We love our girl!!
The first picture is the day Katy met Meau (according to the "breeder" she was 4 weeks old - but we wonder if she may have been younger than that...) The next few are when she was just 8 weeks (I love the one where she's attacking her "big sister" Hannah!) and the last one was from just a few weeks ago... Yeah... she needed a groom-job!!
So... there's our Meau!!
