"Ash's Mystical" is a good search term, as they have all three varieties and are generally well regarded. That term can lead you to threads on toy breeders.
Since you specifically ask for black, you can also look up the user @Phaz23 who has a stunning black toy (I'm not sure how often she visits us anymore, but she mentions her breeder in her history).
Others will chime in with more suggestions.

Well just got a disturbing call from Gail Zamora. I had arranged pick up of one of her puppies and drove 500 miles, made a vet appointment and am waiting out a snow storm to pick her up. Gail called to say puppy had injured her leg and is no longer ready for pick up, now or ever. No other info was given. I hope she will be ok. I am devastated. I have my home prepared, besides the time and now I am heartbroken. Name was chosen, photos shared with my family. If anyone knows of another California breeder, please help. Thanks
