I am trying to find a reputable breeder for a black toy girl. I have been corresponding with Scarlet's Fancy Poodles but I am not happy with reviews. Can anyone recommend a California or Nevada breeder? Thanks in advance
As far as I have heard, Gail is a very conscientious breeder. I agree with @Rose n Poos it sounds like it was mid crisis. I would reach out for clarification
