We’re taking a long drive to visit my girls for July 4th with the dogs.

I’ve been squeezing poor Theo into a cat carrier where he can only lay down and sleep. But he finally fits the travel Sleepypod harness.
Here’s a photo of the happy boy.

Aww! And I love his “do.”
He’s a bit of a wild man look. I haven’t trimmed him so my daughters can see all his puppy hair in it’s glory.

All those weeks of being squished in the cat carrier has helped train him to be a good traveler. after he is seat belted into the car, he lays down and goes to sleep. It was the only thing he could do in the carrier and now it’s his habit.

I hope he enjoys this trip. He will be meeting new people, a very barky dog, cats (this should be interesting as we don’t have cats now) and horses.
