Tater, our 13 week old standard, has a new lip lesion. It could have been there a day or two. He does not yelp or pull away when it is touched. With mild pressure light honey colored fluid comes out.
His stool has been very runny X3 days. Yesterday he was very very sleepy for about 5 hours and wouldn't really eat lunch, but since then has perked up to his normal eating and energy. The diarrhea continues. No blood, no fever.

It could be canine acne which sometimes happens with young dogs, but as far as I am aware, the other symptoms are not associated with it. Your vet is your best bet so good that you have an appointment.

Glad to hear you're heading to the vet. Sleep and loss of appetite could be pain. The honey-like fluid is confusing. It reminds me of poison ivy and urushiol oil, the light colored sap that fills and spreads the blisters, but as far as I know dogs are not allergic to poison ivy, so that would be a first. Is there any injury inside the mouth?
