Jackson learning to retrieve the ball

Hoot is a ball-retrieving maniac and will bring it back and put it right into the hand of the thrower every time. Jackson (who wants to be just like Hoot) has been running after Hoot whenever he goes after the ball but didn't seem to know why they were running. A couple of weeks ago he started picking up the ball if he could get to it first but then didn't know what to do with it so he would carry it for a moment and then just drop it.

Yesterday, he actually came back to me with the ball and let me take it from his mouth! I'm so proud of him.

Yay Jackson!!! Life is always so much more fun when you give the ball back to Mommy so she can toss it again for you.

Looks like you guys had a lot of fun. Congrats on learning to retrieve the ball. Prancer was a natural at retrieving.
