Is there a consensus what is the safest tick collar for our poodles?

Ticks are starting to appear here in Central Europe and I'm always cautious about what to put on our 'fragile' toy poodles against ticks. Eager to hear latest scientific findings and experiences from other members on safest remedies out there 🤗
