for my Standard to have extra/loose skin on his chest? It sort of dances when he runs.

Riley has so much extra skin that you could probably make another small dog off of him! I can easily grab a fist full of skin on each side of his chest.

Mercury (4months old) has extra neck skin to the point that if he holds his face just right it looks like he has 4 chins. Mercury has more lose skin than Jupiter. I wonder if that means he will be bigger than his brother?

OMG! I am so excited to hear that this is not an anomaly! He does also have the extra skin on his back too. I wonder why they have so much extra skin.

So they grow into the extra skin and when they're full grown it's all gone?
Well, normally dogs with really tight skin are.. obese, lol, from my experience grooming. They don't really have flanks anymore, so I'd consider the extra skin as an adult to be healthy!
