Ok so you'll click reply to thread and then croll down a little and click manage attachments. Then click browse and choose the picture you'd like and then click upload. After that exit out of the manage attachment box and click submit thread.

Note: If the pic is too large resize it and upload it again. Also in my opinion photobucket is a pain to just post pics. When you click upload picks the way I mentioned it should direct you to your stored pictures.
