Sam's tail is docked. I like the natural tail although I've only seen pics, I've never seen one around here.

I'm curious about these laws. What is the reason? Is it an animal cruelty thing? Or something else altogether? It seems strange to me, are you allowed to declaw cats? Dock ears? I've also heard of this horrible thing called debarking that they do here in the states. I've never heard of any pushes for laws against things like this here.

So it looks like it is considered to be cruelty. What I don't get is it says that in Aus. breeders are getting around their law by banding! That seems WAY more cruel to me.
