I would mix it to a dough with an egg and a little water if necessary and bake into biscuits. They might need freezing until used, depending on how dry you can get them.

A definite win! I find there is something about home cooking that makes it especially attractive - Sophy will happily take a scrap of my home made bread as a treat while turning up her nose at even expensive breadsticks.
