I love the name Kiara! Very cute...I think there is a Kiara Standard Poodle breeder out there too. lol

Anyhow, love the name.
LOL!!! OMG you are right! It is very close to theirs Kiyara but not quite the same lol. Hers will be pronounced (Key-are-uh) Ki-ki for short. Here is their site, I think they are only mini's though. Bill on groomer has it this season, I believe he is part owner of that kennel. His pic is on the site under grooming compatitions, KM told me about it. http://kiyarapoodles.com/default.aspx

Thank you for the compliment as well.

What a beautiful name. But then I am prejudiced as my granddaughter's name is Kiaran. My son and his wife named all of their children with Scottish names as he is half Scot. They have Keagan, Kaylee, and Kiaran and Aidan. I thought that was so neat to go with a theme.

I found it on a site that has lots of Celtic names, I LOVE Celtic Lore, so I thought it fitting, I plan on having something Celtic in my kennel name when I get one. I am going to try to stick with Celtic names, when I run out of those that I like I will go for Norse or Egyptian names and so on. I was going to to with Pantheons from diff cultures, but I am not sure I want to "envoke" some of the qualities in some of them LOL!!! I go alot with not just the origin but the meaning as well.
