So will he not even squeeze it to make it squeak? Or just very, very gently and slowly? What a good boy.

So cute! I actually saw those toys at Tractor supply, and I showed one to Beau (he picked out a different toy). Unfortunately he found it TERRIFYING, and would have nothing to do with it. It's such a cute toy, glad to see that Bobby likes it.

It’s so funny! We have to put it away because he gets so obsessed with it. He will squeeze it super gentle or not at all. When we throw other toys for fetch it’s all out and squeezing like mad but his chicken.... he so very gently and slowly picks it up and never bites down. He walks around and carries outside and after awhile we have to put it away. Sometimes he will put it down and paw at it. It’s like he doesn’t know what to do with it. I do wonder if his dog brain thinks it’s real. It’s definitely a toy that only comes out to play once in awhile.

We got it at the local tractor supply store! 😊

Peggy had a stuffed deer that she was similarly gentle with. Even when she played with it, she was careful not to apply much pressure.

And then one day, after almost a year, she decided that deer needed to DIE. Lol. I've got it tucked away in a closet now. It requires surgery.
