Just wanted to introduce myself... My name is Jehn and I am from Calgary, AB. I have a 1 1/2yr old purebred male black standard named Bauer. (Named after Jack Bauer of the tv show 24). We adopted him from a local breeder at the age of 10 weeks.
I have been married for 3 1/2 years and we have a 17 month old daughter.
That about sums it up... I joined this forum looking for advice on my over-excited poodle in hopes that you might have some good training tips. He is a really good dog but my husband is frustrated to the point of wanting to find another home for him - which I most certainly don't want to do. As far as I am concerned, he is as much a part of our family as any of us... He just needs some proper training to get him to calm down a bit.
