I just got an e-mail from a group about finding some homes for some toy and standard poodles. Seems to be a down-sizing kennel located in California so I think most dogs are adults...variety of colors, ect.

Anyhow...I knew there are some people in California in here so I thought if someone knew of a home needing a poodle they might want to take a look!

I will forward the e-mail if you send me a PM since it has a phone number to contact but here is the link to their site. I haven't even looked at it, afraid to really...LOL!

I did attemp to look but I couldn't figure out how to get to the website. I was just curious to see but not at all going to get one. I already have my hands full.
You know me...I couldn't take it...LOL!

I e-mailed her asking for a link and so far no reply...in the e-mail it did mention something about them having health problems, so I suppose that is why it included a phone number.

I will go ahead and post most of the e-mail, then if you want more info just pm me for my e-mail address and I will forward you the whole e-mail including phone number. I must admit I wish I could view the web-site, just because I am nosy...LOL!

"Hi ALL, just a note to say I sold my male Brindle several months ago to a man in SF, who is a groomer. I hope he does great things with him. We are going out of business and not breeding anymore due to poor health and the economics of the times. Our beloved 4 standards
we have left are solids, and we must find homes for them. It seems so many dogs are being put into shelters, I can't bare it. I hope we can find the right homes for my one white female standard, black male, and their son, white, and we will probably keep our neutered and first
poodle for a guard dog, he really believes he is the guard dog!!!!.
We have 8 toys that must find homes, several of multiple colors. so if you are interested we are in CAlif. sierraviewpoodles, "

So if anyone thinks they might be interested, just pm me your e-mail address and I will forward you the whole e-mail that was sent to me.

I did a Google search and this is what I came up with. Not much info on this website.

Well I went to the bottom of the page to that link...here is the info I saw...

"MURPHY IS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PIC ON THE LEFT. HE IS ABOUT DOUBLE THE SIZE THAT HE IS HERE NOW. HE IS A FINE DOG. AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION, BORN 4/4/07 LIMITED AKC" The price seems to be $199

Its not clear if the pups are still available in the pictures that say..."PIC OF 6/6/07 MALES AVAILABLE AND FEMALE IF I CAN GET HER IN HERE. " I would guess they are $199 each with limited registration if they are still available...

In the e-mail and on the site she says she is placing her adults. So the adult female must be Sophie, then a male named Baron and I would guess that either Hershy or Murphy is still available as well.

Not a lot of info...I agree with you there. That is just the general stuff I dug through and found. There is hardly anything on the toy poodle page...one pic of an adult named Tinkerbell and then a female pup for sale out of Tinkerbell and a dog named Tonka.

I don't where your aunt lives but here in Modesto many mini Poodles come through the shelter. They all are in great need of a grooming but I see them all the time.

she lives 15mins away from me lol. we tried to adopt this mini poo at the local shelter but I talked her out of getting a puppy. She needs an older dog that is house trained . I told her about retired breeding dogs and the shelter. We don't get poodles in our shelters too much. Ours are filled with 85% apbt or amstaff mixes

Mine too. Lots of cattle dog mixes as well. Most of the Poodle's I see at our shelter are about the 1 yr age. Mostly white and creme colors.

It says in the bottom of the e-mail she has 8 toys to place...but I am willing to bet some are miniatures. If she is breeding then some are probably breeders and some are probably "left over" pups from older litters that didn't sell or were kept back to breed. The female on her toy page named Tinker bell looked nice enough, but only one picture and you can't tell anything from one picture really.
