Then you are doing good because your puppy is an infant, plus everything and I mean absolutely everything is new to her, it will take time. Time for her to settle in to a routine and time to grow and learn.

Thanks I will try so I’m doing ok then for her age
Yes you are, I got my puppies older at 17 to 22 weeks and the first few weeks were just about getting settled in
I agree with twyla--let her settle in, and socialize her properly. That's most important at this age. Watch some videos by Kikopup and Zak George on Youtube for training and when she's old enough (ideally in the next few weeks) get her enrolled in a positive reinforcement training class (ideally one that includes puppy socials).

You can start teaching your puppy the "Watch Me" command. If you are going to use a clicker, get it out. Get some tasty treats. Go to a quiet place - no other pets around - or people.

Say "Watch me". Click and reward with a treat when the puppy looks at you - particularly if the puppy looks you in the eye. You may need to put the treat near your eyes when you say it to get the puppy to watch you.

Repeat about 5 times a day until your puppy clearly understands and follows the command. Then begin phasing out the food treat and reward with petting and vocal praise.

Once the puppy has mastered "Watch me", you can begin teaching the sit, then the down commands. Little puppies just soak up training, but do be careful to quit while it's still a game to be enjoyed.
I agree that giving time to get used to her new home and people along with great social interactions are super important. I would also work on developing a great bond by playing games to increase centripetal attraction to you. When Javelin was a puppy we would go out in the yard and I would play gentle little tug games with him to raise his interest in being close to me. Periodically I would get up and take the toy then call his name and trot away (not too fast so he could catch me). When he caught up we would play again, repeat, repeat, repeat... Of all my dogs he has the best recall since once he understood the game I added telling him to come with me, then I trotted a little faster so he had to book it to catch up with me. You can make lots of use out of that sort of play.
