I used to have an account here, but have been absent for quite a while and felt like I should start fresh. I began lurking here again and enjoy the conversation, photos and advice I see shared. I hope to be able to get involved again
I have a female standard poodle, Cassie, who is just about a year old. She's been a wonderful introduction to the breed, as expected. She has been a wonderful addition and I am now a poodle-lover for life.
Before we confirmed the breed was for us and picked her up, my husband thought they were ugly. The face and feet shaved were unattractive to him, and the continental clip he thought was horrendous
NOW, he tells me that I need to clean up Cassie's face again, it's getting too fuzzy
She's also in a modified continental right now and he calls her beautiful every day. I have converted him and I am so happy! My heart melts when he cuddles and sweet-talks her.
We couldn't be more satisfied with her and I already want another!
