I was looking at the online German classifieds and saw the cutest red and white Harlekin poodles.... has anyone ever seen that type of coloring on a poodle?

Same as a Harlekin

They have the same markings as a black and white harlekin.... its an absolutely fantastic coloring.... I have never seen that before so I thought it was photoshopped.

Now that you mention it, I don't think I've seen very many red/white partis either... google shows a few, they are absolutely beautiful dogs.

Are partis called Harlequin/Harlekins as well/in other places? I'm not sure, I've never heard the term harlequin to refer to poodles before.
