Hello everyone, my name is John and I'm a proud poodle dad down in Corpus Christi, Texas.

I'm pretty new to the poodle world, have only had our toy poodle, Ender, since September 4th, and he's about 4 months old now. My wife April and I don't have any children or any other pets, so it's just the 3 of us right now. I've been lurking on these forums for almost a week, and decided I'd post and join in the discussions.

We live in Central California and came to your area on vacation a year ago last July and fell in love with it there. Hope to move to your area someday. BTW your weather has been a little cooler then ours here the last couple of days, today our weather is about the same. We watch your area all the time, house shopping via the computer. We have 2 standard poodles, and 2 toy poodles. I am sure that you are already in love with this breed, poodles are fantastic.

yes, I named him after Ender Wiggin from the series, which is one of my favorites. I'm glad someone out there can appreciate it, most people don't know what to think of it, but most seem to like it overall, just don't know what its from =P

Ah, someone who has seen the glory that is (arguably) Corpus Christi. I like it overall, though not a big fan of the heat in the summer. I used to live in Seattle, and hope to return someday, but I really do like the people here, and the size is perfect. Right now the weather is perfect, this is how I wish it was everyday. My wife doesn't ever want to leave, so I probably won't either.
