Hey Happy Thsgiving HA HA How is HiD doing ? Wow she sure grew up fast ! Congrts on your new babies
Keep me posted?
So Cute Karen ..That arrived in the wee hours this morning... all doing very nicely.
Thankful for healthy babies and a healthy first time mom.
They were born in a room I use for whelping but noticed she preferred me to bring them to her in my kitchen/great room. It would be too cool so I set up the Durawhelp, (that wasn't going to be used till they were close to 3 weeks old) in my living room instead. This was the first time I've had one do this... and I must say, she is an excellent communicator. Already I see a big difference in her with them.
This is HiD's first and only litter, as per agreement with her co-owner. (I only breed my girls once or twice, never more.) The puppies, mostly silvers, have lovely long necks and pretty heads. Size wise... the largest (male)13 oz and smallest (female) 6 1/2 oz! All others were right in the middle.
They all have wonderful homes waiting for them and I'm getting emails of their excitement that the day has finally arrived.
You're welcome to see their 'baby' pictures... and that's HiD on the top with the biggest fella snuggling into her ear. How precious already.

Hurray ! I am happy for you ! I cant wait to see the babies growSo will the white puppy carry the silver gene and be able to produce silver puppies one day?

Yes she should, just as HiD is white (well, cream) is out of 2 silver parents and produced mostly silver here ... very happy about!
They've all gained at least an ounce, in 24 hours. It's amazing to see the strength of the 'scoot' already! (is that how you spell it?!) It looks rather funny! <g>
AWWWW so sweet !I was so excited to see the news about the puppies being born. It is hard to not show the kids the pictures and tell them all about it right now. Since I've been the one doing all the research and talking with you, my husband hasn't really felt connected to getting the puppy. He wants one he just wasn't connected. Then I showed him the pictures of HiD and her puppies, and he is now really excited. Funny how just seeing pictures of the puppies makes it all seem real. Congrats again. I look forward to watching them grow through picts and video the next few weeks.
