No special secrets. I just take a picture or what have you and put laminate on both sides then a magnet on the back. For the flat style of magnet I just use the the thin peel off magnet that you just cut to whatever size you need. A friend of mine gave me a cute collection of dog “sticky notes” and I felt the “vintage” pink poodles needed to become magnets. 😊 I’ve made many cute magnets this way. Cheap and easy. Great way to make bookmarks too, minus the magnet of course.

I'd be tempted to make a Mia, but it would probably turn out better if I stuck to the blocks.

Oh, try for the ticking - an integral part of Peggy and one of the things I love about her.

I'm guessing it would work better to add the ticking with a felt tip pen after making the piece. I doubt that it would work well trying to use the crystals.
