Hey ladies,

I am stumped with a name. If all goes well we will be adding a little red boy to our family. Any fun name suggestions?

Thank you!

Names for a Redhead! 'Flynn' and 'Clancy' are my favs!

Flynn.................. means 'Son of the red-haired one' (Irish origin)

Rory....................means 'Red King' (Irish Gaelic)

Radley.................means 'From the red meadows' (English origin)

Redford............... means 'From the reedy ford' (Scottish/English origin)

Clancy.................means 'Red-haired warrior' (Irish origin)

Keegan................means 'Fiery' (Irish origin)

Rooney................means 'Red-haired' (Gaelic origin)

Harkin.................means 'Red' (Gaelic origin)

Rohan..................means 'Red-haired' (Gaelic/ Various origins)

I love the name Clancy - it’s easy to say when you need to call your dog.

Red poodles won’t remain red if they carry the fading gene so I wouldn’t pick a name like Red or Scarlet or Crimson.

When do you expect your puppy? You must be excited waiting for your bundle of joy.

Love those names. I would go with Flynn or Radley.

Being a readaholic, I want to suggest a name from one of my favorite series, Outlander by Diane Galbadon.

The oh so sexy red haired Scotsman, Jamie.
