Kala, if I could come to Hawaii every six weeks I would definitely let you know!
Thanks tons guys! I wish his hair hadn't deflated in the last picture.. I should've fluffed up his legs, especially on his back legs at the bottom! He had pawed the topknot out by the time we got home, but I just have to keep retying it until it's at a point where it's not bugging him.
Oh, and just for fun, here's an inbetween phase. I bathe with a waterproof apron and rubber gloves up to my shoulders.. my hands already suffer from the hair, the water makes them SO dry!
That salon looks familiar...Petsomething? I also remember the big blue rubber arm protection.....and due to the harshness of the products, my arms were always broken out. I would NEVER have been allowed to bathe on a table but what a great idea.
Petco It's our drying table, so I figured I'd just bathe Vegas on it. This is the first dog that's ever been bathed on it and everyone else thought it was a good idea too.
Very handsome lad! When I do baths outside in the summer (here in FL), I usually have them on one of the grooming tables, so I don't have to bend over so much. Baths about do me in! Some day I'll have an elevated tub!
