I found this article from Whole Dog Journal to be both helpful and realistic.

We've recently researched our local offerings and were lucky to find one that fits their criteria. But so many of the places here allow the dogs to spend the day in large groups that owners have no way of knowing are carefully supervised.

btw, Normie's place sends videos and photos of him with other dogs as well as report cards. His group supervisor is helping our COVID shy dog learn to play well with others. We're lucky.

I thought the article might help others who are just beginning daycare evaluations.

Good information!
It's also worth checking glassdoor.com to see how the employees feel about working there. I crossed one daycare off my list after seeing multiple complaints from employees who felt inadequate training and staffing levels put them at risk. The daycare web site made it look like a perfect place.

Alfie goes to Wags and Wiggles in RSM, CA. It offers daycare, training and agility classes. Alfie loves it. I like that I can watch him on their doggie webcam while he is there.
