Like, really stare at you. And not just when you have food. Fluffy stares so intensely sometimes, I worry that he’ll hurt his eyes.
That's my Rocky 😂He has amazing eye contact during training or when we are out and about unless of course, something better comes along! 😂
Gracie was so cute! And that’s kind of what it feels like! I wonder if there’s some sort of psychological thing behind it.I called it hugging

There is! And it's heartwarming:Gracie was so cute! And that’s kind of what it feels like! I wonder if there’s some sort of psychological thing behind it.
There is! And it's heartwarming:
"Mutual gazing had a profound effect on both the dogs and their owners. Of the duos that had spent the greatest amount of time looking into each other’s eyes, both male and female dogs experienced a 130% rise in oxytocin levels, and both male and female owners a 300% increase. (Kikusui was one of them, participating in the experiment himself with his two standard poodles, Anita and Jasmine.) The scientists saw no oxytocin increase in the dogs and owners who had spent little time gazing at each other, or in any of the wolf-owner duos."
