Does anyone who what the name of this cut is?

Looks like a HCC to me, with shaved ears. HCC = Historically correct continental. Basically the pet version of the current show trim.

Yes, HCC or modified continental but the ears are tasseled.

That appears to be a HCC with tasseled ears.

Yeah tasseled ears like a Bedlington Terrier. Looks like the owner just combined a bunch of styles they liked, which is a pretty fun thing to do
