I was wondering if it’s a red flag if a breeder does not post test results online or doesn’t offer them in an accessible way. How do most breeders handle this? If there’s nothing to hide and everything that should have been performed, has been done, then transparency should not be an issue, right?

I, for one, would not purchase a puppy from someone who did not do all the recommended tests and had them posted. I am in the process of having Zoe tested. As the tests are done I am posting them on the OFA site. You can see her results to date on the OFA site (her registered name is Donnchada Delightful).
I plan to breed her, so any stud dog I consider must have had all the necessary tests.

Some people who breed and do a good job may not be the most tech savvy of types, but as long as they can easily give access to the test results by whatever means, email attachment, chic numbers, OFA records on their website or any other easy way that shows all needed results I would not be bothered. Lack of transparency in any way, saying they'll send and not doing so and such would make me cross a potential breeder off my list.
