Hi! I don’t like the bottom of Jett’s jacket. I’m not sure if we need to grow hair or trim hair! He’s shaved right up to the elbow. How do I fix this weird shape and what exactly is wrong with it?!

Thanks for any feedback! Pictures below- I’ve artificially turned the lighting on the photos way up since he’s black and hard to see so don’t mind the weird coloring.

I am sure you will get responses from experienced groomers. I think your issue is the curves and angles. Also, and I know you did not ask, but it is very nearly impossible to get a cut to look right, without properly blowing the coat straight. Good luck!

To my eye, his jacket looks too square and not rounded enough. Are you planning on showing?

Click n treat - I see what you mean with the too square now. Yes we have our first one in like 3 weeks eeekk!

Mysticrealm- that photoshop job is really helpful. I could hardly tell what you did at first it looks similar but so different all at the same time.

I’m just getting blind to what he looks like every day. I think this means I should be taking some off!
